Mozzarella Making: Sunday April 15 The lost art of cheese making is making a comeback  in today’s DIY kitchen. Although a certain mystique  surrounds the concept of making cheese at home, the  effort is as simple as following a recipe. Making  cheese in your own kitchen can be a gratifying experience and a fun family adventure. In this hands-on workshop, simple, delicious mozzarella cheese will be made using common kitchen equipment and ingredients. We’ll make Pesto-Stuffed Mozzarella and Mozzarella Roulade filled with Prosciutto and Basil. Abbe will also show you how to make a simple, homemade, fresh Ricotta Cheese.
