FAQ


What is your cancellation policy?

All classes are nonrefundable. Seats in all of our classes are sold on the same basis as those for cultural events and other one-time performances. Please mark your calendar carefully. If you are registered for a class and need to cancel, your cancellation must be received by WRSOC at least 72 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class to receive credit towards a future class. Week long classes require a 2 week cancellation notice for a credit.  No refunds on classes unless cancelled by WRSOC.

What happens if WRSOC cancels a class?

WRSOC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances to cancel a class do to inclement weather or insufficient enrollment.  In this case, the student has the option of a credit or a refund.

Can WRSOC change a class time, content or teacher?

WRSOC has the right  to alter the timing or content of any class or to substitute any teacher at any time.

Do I receive a discount in your store if I take a class?

Students receive a 10% discount in the store on the day/night they are in a class (5% on sale items).  Week long classes offer a 20% discount to enrolled students (10% on sale items).

What happens if I get injured during a class?

WRSOC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees.

Who does the dishes?

WRSOC has a volunteer program and makes every effort to have a dishwasher at each class.   If for some reason we cannot provide a dishwasher, students are expected to do their part to do their own dishes, including cookware utilized during class.
