Tour of Thailand: Wednesday May 9 In this class we will learn how to make some Thai classics.  We will start with crispy fried Shrimp Thai Spring Rolls with a Sweet Thai Dipping Sauce.  These can be made by the bag full, frozen and fried when ready to eat.  We will then move on to Thai Chicken Thighs with Hot-Sour-Salty-Sweet Sauce with Thai Fried Rice and we will finish with Vegetable Pad Thai Noodles.
