“Hudson Cooks!” is a new series produced by HCTV in cooperation with Western Reserve School of Cooking, featuring the chefs of Hudson’s restaurants with some of their favorite recipes. This episode features chefs, J.J. and Kevin Altomare of Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering present the makings of Cranberry Apple Stuffing.
The December Hudson Cooks! program features Three Palms Pizzeria & Bakery preparing Cannoli, hosted
by Western Reserve School of Cooking.
Hudson Cooks!, hosted by the Western Reserve School of Cooking, presents Downtown 140 preparing Cooked Artichokes with Remoulade, using homemade bread crumbs.
