During its operation, the Western Reserve School of Cooking has hosted many of the nation’s chefs, including Alton Brown, Hugh Carpenter, Shirley Corriher, David Hirsch, James Peterson, and Michael Symon. This volume contains recipes from all of them.
The Western Reserve School of Cooking was started in 1971 by Zona Spray. From 1971 to 1997 it was known as the Zona Spray School of Cooking. Along with the school, Zona had a cookware shop called The Cookery. Zona was well known in the area for her cooking classes and her extensive knowledge in the culinary field.
